The pleasure of offering tastes ancient and rare
The farmhouse was founded in early 900 spread over an area of 50 hectares which draw nourishment for our animals. Some of our cheeses are made only with "raw milk", as in the millennial tradition of pastoralism.
The mountain milk, derives only from our animals that are well fed in an uncontaminated area, that's why cheese, cottage, cheese and yoghurt taste of nature and tradition.
